What is the Food Closet Ministry at Bellview Baptist? "For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger, and you took Me in; And the King will answer and say to them, 'Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me'." Matthew 25:35, 40 The Bellview Baptist Church Food Closet is a special ministry created to respond with dignity and concern to persons whose urgent need for food is not being met. Through our Food closet we help to meet the needs of the community and in turn, demonstrate God's love and compassion. Someone is available to coounsel and pray with each family that comes in. We distribute food on the third Thursday of each month. An application must be submitted before that day. Applications are taken during regular business hours - M-TH 9:00 - 4:00.
